About Us

Established in 1976 by David Holt doing floor waxing and carpet cleaning only. As the needs of clients increased so did our skills.

In the early 1980's Holt Maintenance branched out into office cleaning and construction clean-up. In March of 1989 Los Angeles Magazine recognized us being among the companies they investigated who "could be trusted implicitly".

In 2008 David's son Kevin joined him in running the business.
